Global Grant Scholar Update
District 6900 Student Starts Her Masters Program

Gloria Andia, a District 6900 Global Grant Scholar this academic year, has started studies toward her Masters of Science at the  London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine. In a recent update, she reported that she has settled down in Walthamstow, London "and it has been great so far! Very convenient to banks, super markets, the mall, and the tube station is only a couple minutes away. I have been able to meet with a few other Rotary scholars as well and will attend the larger regional conference this upcoming weekend. I was also able to attend a meeting with the Golders Green Rotary Club (her sponsoring UK club). Gloria is about six weeks into her studies and is one of Rotary's 32 Global Grant Scholars studying in London this year. She is sponsored by the Rotary Club of Dunwoody.
