From Carrollton Dawnbreakers: April is Child Abuse Prevention Month and as Rotarians we believe in doing our part to keep the children in our community safe. We will be hosting a Stewards of Children: Darkness to Light Training on Thursday, April 22. Our goal is to be a Partner in Prevention with the Carroll County Child Advocacy Center and have at least 90% of our members trained in the next two years
