Awards
Thanks to Some Amazing District 6900 Rotarians

I wanted to take a moment to tell you about four very important awards at the District level:

• Barbara Henigin from the Rotary Club of LaGrange was named District 6900 Rotarian of the Year - in recognition of her amazing efforts with our Interact Clubs. Thank you Barbara. 
• PDG Claudia Mertl from the Rotary Club of Lake Spivey/Clayton County received a District Meritorious Service Award - and a BIG thanks from me for all her hard work as our District Trainer.
• Assistant Governor Terry Rouse from the Rotary Club of Thomasville received the Follow Me Award. This special award sponsored by the Rotary Club of Stone Mountain in honor of PDG Al Lipphardt is presented to the top Assistant Governor of the year.
• Jaclyn Donovan from the Rotary Club of Moultrie received the Al Daniel Membership Award. Jaclyn serves as our District Membership Chair. She also leads our RYLA program and will continue in both these roles under DG Kirk, at the same time she's serving as president of the Moultrie club.
