The Rotary Foundation at Work
Paulding County Uses District Grant to Support McKenna Farms Therapy Services

The Rotary Club of Paulding County recently met at McKenna Farms to unbox and assemble pediatric therapy equipment they purchased with a Rotary Foundation Grant.

McKenna Farms Therapy Services is a non-profit organization - run by volunteers - whose mission is to provide therapeutic programs and resources for children with special needs and their families. They serve boys and girls from birth to 21 with a variety of diagnoses and delays in development including but not limited to autism, cerebral palsy, spina bofida, Down syndrome, traumatic brain injury, and learning and language disabilities. Each week, over 500 boys and girls from throughout Northwest Georgia and metro Atlanta are served.

The equipment provided through this grant will enable therapists to deliver specialized services to some of the youngest and smallest of clients.
