Bremen Hardy set his objectives for the year in improving attendance at the District Conference and in attending the International Convention in Lausanne, Switzerland. At the International Convention, Hardy had a breakfast for all district attendees at the convention. At the District Conference, the RI President’s representative was RI President Elect William Carter of England. During his club visits Hardy suggested that all clubs have a monthly officers meeting, and a quarterly club assembly. A successful project of his year was to have the Atlanta Club sponsor and host a visit to Atlanta of all Georgia Rotary Students. Students were housed in the homes of Atlanta Club members and the entertainment center was at Ga. Tech.
