Sack Pack - Children's Lunches September 8, 2026

As a monthly project supported by a District 6900 Grant, Rotarians prepare 145 Sack lunches for the Table on Delk, an organization that fights sex trafficking and provides these lunches to children living in hotels along the Delk Road corridor as they get off the school bus each school day. Rotarians from both the Vinings Cumberland and Atlanta Brasil Rotary Clubs arrived to assemble these lunches and deliver them to The Table on Delk for immediate distribution.  

This project is one where "children help children."  Rotarians bring their children to participate in this service project - conveying the value of Service Above Self.  That the project is fun and some good tunes are also playing doesn't hurt for this family friendly event that intends to care for our vulnerable youth and children who are living in high-risk situations.
