Vote Required for Action Bylaws

Except as otherwise provided in these bylaws or by law, the act of a majority of directors present at a meeting at which a quorum is present at the time shall be the act of the Board of Directors. Adoption, amendment and repeal of a bylaw are provided for in Article Fourteen of these bylaws.
